The Alex Was The WinnerThe charity that was selected was The Alex,?and we couldn’t be more proud to support a cause committed to health for the under privileged. ?They have committed the funds collected from our group to help with their mobile dental clinic which helps children without access to a dentist. ? If you could not attend last night and would still like to donate to The Alex, you can contribute online by clicking HERE. Kids Up Front Took 2nd PlaceEvan did an excellent job presenting for his organization Kids Up Front. ?He asked at one point how many people in the room had donated to Kids Up Front in the past and about a dozen hands went up. ?They truly do great work to provide a meaningful experience for kids in the city. ?Maverick Oilfield Services has decided to donate $500 to Kids Up Front so they aren’t leaving empty handed. ? Alberta Institute For Wildlife ConservationAiwa did an incredible job demonstrating the need we have in Alberta to protect our wildlife. ?They came with some very compelling stories and images that made it clear that they do need help to accomplish their goals. ?We wish them the best of luck and invite anyone who is able to donate and help. Suzanne WestSuzanne West was our keynote speaker and crushed it. ?She started our meeting and it was difficult not to feel inspired that we can all do and accomplish more. ?We appreciate her time to come encourage and inspire us to accomplish more for society.
