We?re excited to announce our guest speaker for our September 13 meeting, Rich Kruger.
Rich?is currently chairman, president and CEO of Imperial Oil Limited, a role he assumed on March 1, 2013.?Imperial famously cut $1.1B in costs without any layoffs, and instead, reported lower profits to its shareholders.
His role within the oil & gas industry over the passed 30 years, including but not limited to, VP and eventually President of?ExxonMobil Production Company,?will bring a great perspective to our province?s economy and the industry in general.
He is also community-focused, as he sits on the?United Way of Calgary & Area’s Board of Directors as of 2013 and is currently a member of the Board Public Policy Committee.
